Safeguarding Information for Staff
Our School has robust policies and procedures in place, and expects anyone visiting or working on our premises to have an understanding of their roles and responsibilities in safeguarding and expectations around conduct and behaviour.
Staff will receive annual Safeguarding training to ensure expectations and knowledge remain current.

The majority of our Safeguarding procedures and practices are informed by the following key documents. Staff should familiarise themselves with these documents:

What To Do if You're Worried a Child is Being Abused
Staff have a duty to report any concerns around a child's safety or wellbeing, no matter how small the concern is. What may seem insignificant to you, may be a small part of a larger picture, and there will be no blame if a concern is unfounded.
At school we use the MyConcern software to log concerns we my have about a child. This software is used by schools throughout the country, and allows for easy and safe information sharing under GDPR protocols.
